Will the SpotLighter^TM system be easy for my booth staff to use?
The system literally requires only a few minutes of training for each user. Phone training is provided pre-show and onsite training are available.

How far in advance do I need to set up the SpotLighter^TM system?
It normally takes 5-6 weeks from the time you initiate the process to the date you receive your PDA devices at the event.

Do I need to do anything to format the software for the badge being used at the tradeshow?
No. A few weeks prior to the show you will contact the tradeshow producer and request a sample badge. It is the responsibility of SpotLighter^TM to format all badges for all your shows.

When can I get my lead data?
You get your Lead details in well formated Excel report sent via email within one business day after the last day of the show. The standard reports include pie charts and/or bar charts for each qualification question.
